Once your order enters production, we provide manufacturing progress updates, including photos from the workshop. This allows you to follow your piece as it is being crafted, offering transparency and peace of mind throughout the process.
Delivery timeline: All deliveries are 8–10 weeks from the date of purchase, unless the product is available in Quick Ship inventory (clearly marked on the product page), which ships in 7–14 business days.

A: Returns are accepted free of charge if the product is defective, damaged during freight carrier delivery, or not as ordered. In such cases, the item may be replaced at no additional cost.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days from the original purchase date. Once a product has entered manufacturing after the 7-day period, refunds are no longer available. If you believe a refund is required, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Q: Is assembly required?
A: Yes, minimal assembly is required only for the bedframe and large swings, and hardware is included. No assembly required for Dressers, nightstands, and armoires.
Q: Do you use solid wood?
A: Yes, all Hibashi furniture is crafted from solid hardwood with no MDF or veneers.
