100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Simply email us and return your item for a full refund if the item is damaged in any way (Except damages in transit). Item must be returned in its original condition, and within 30 days of delivery. Buyer bears the postage. Always email us first if you have any question or problem with the transaction. We're certainly willing to help! Our customer is always more important than the transaction itself.
If you have reason to believe the item was dropped while in transit and has been damaged, please let us know. All of our items are insured for transit damage and the damaged item will either be picked up or replaced or a full refund will be processed. Partial refunds are also offered for items that can be repaired.
